🎀🎉Today is a Very Special Day for LAKSHANAM🎉🎀


We are Launching our Website on this Auspicious Day seeking blessings of our ancestors.


Today, When I looked at the Sunrise, It made more sense to me to understand the beautiful difficult process I had to go through 100+ days before.


May 30th 2023, an unforgettable day. Because the moment I came back home from my office, all I had in my heart and mind was I had to contribute much more to my Boss and for his Vision and the only overwhelming emotion I had was The warmth for my Boss, the Team and the Company.


A small Insult to the Ownership pride of my responsibilities for the position from the most unexpected Superior extremely demotivated me and I had to fight to convey the same and that was the turning point to end my Employment Mode Journey.


No Doubt, If I would have received even an understanding command from my Boss realizing my pain from my shoe's , I would have d

efinitely continued to work for the people and the vision I loved the most, because for the next decade I wanted to stay by them and wanted to end my last employment with them at the age of 55 + and everyone who knew me knew this fact too.


Unfortunately then, Fortunately now,



Here I am proudly standing as A BOSS for my own Vision and people with more defined purpose for LAKSHANAM.



Wherever I interact and present myself I receive genuine advise to think big and serve big.


I like and work to be small yet remembered for What We are and What we add to many business owners.


All I wanted and longed to hear from my ex boss was taking right over me and saying this " Come Suja ". Instead of many justifications, that one word would have switched off all my pains and I would have been there in Office next day @9.30 to drown myself in work.


It was a very tough Journey from June 1st 2023 for me to change myself and start the new chapter in my life. I am yet to come over that Day May 30th 2023.

Definitely, a very special day today, a stepping stone for LAKSHANAM I like to celebrate and cherish with everyone.
